Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if needed, and blend again until creamy. Taste smoothie and adjust with more sweetness for your liking.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with more lemon zest. Enjoy!

Note

  • Add chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, or a handful of fresh spinach as a nutrition booster
  • Vanilla protein powder is a delicious alternative to strawberry protein powder
