Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine ginger, Splenda Stevia Sweetener, peppercorns, cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, and water.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; add tea bags, cover and let steep 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove spices.
  5. Return liquid to saucepan; add milk and warm over medium-low until thoroughly heated. Do not boil.
