Caprese Kabobs with Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  1. Cut each string cheese stick into 12 pieces.
  2. Assemble each skewer with 3 tomatoes, 3 mozzarella pieces, and 3 basil leaves, alternating tomato, basil, and cheese. (Fold or tear large basil leaves in half before skewering.)
  3. In a glass measuring cup, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and Splenda Sweetener. Drizzle over skewers before serving.
