Instructions

  1. In a small food processor or blender, add ingredients for first layer and blend until pureed. Carefully fill 6 popsicle molds halfway up with blended strawberry mixture. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  2. Stir together the ingredients for the second layer. Add a couple of drops of neon green food colouring for a brighter green. Carefully pour about 3-4 tablespoons of the lime layer on top of each strawberry layer. Add popsicle sticks into the middle of each. Place popsicles back in freezer until fully frozen, about 4-6 hours.
  3. Remove popsicles from molds by gently running the molds under lukewarm water, or letting set on the counter until they easily wiggle out. Enjoy immediately, or store popsicles in freezer for a future delicious dessert!

Note

  • Use lemon instead of lime for a Strawberry Lemonade Pop
  • Popsicles will keep for 2 weeks in the freezer
