Yoghurt Smoothie

Serves: Makes approx. 2 cups 32 serves.

Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granular
  • 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons lecithin (optional)
  • 1 cup low fat milk

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until combined. Serve immediately.

Tips

- Any other fruit may be used in place of the banana.

- Lecithin helps make the smoothie very creamy.

- Smoothie should be drunk immediately.
