Sesame Honey Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 75g margarine
  • 3 teaspoons runny honey
  • 4 teaspoons SPLENDA® Granular
  • 175g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease an 18cm square baking tin.

Melt the margarine in a pan with the honey. Stir in the SPLENDA® Granular, oats and sesame seeds.

Press the mixture firmly into the tin and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Cool slightly and cut into 12 squares. When completely cool, store in an airtight container.

Tips

Try substituting the sesame seeds for 25g raisins.
