Exotic Fruits Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, flesh scooped out
  • Juice of 2 grapefruit
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled and cut in halves
  • 4 passionfruit, cut in halves and the pulp scooped out
  • 1 tablespoon SPLENDA®Granular
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: 4 lime slices

Method

Blend kiwifruit, mango flesh, passionfruit, grapefruit juice and SPLENDA® Granular until smooth. Use a strainer to make the texture smoother.

Crush some ice cubes and place into four glasses.

Pour the smoothie into glasses.

Garnish with lime slices on the glass edge.

Serve immediately.

Tips

- Mangoes can be replaced with half a watermelon!
