Yoghurt Smoothie

 

Serves 3

Ingredients

1 very ripe banana
2 tablespoons SPLENDA® Granular
1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
2 teaspoons lecithin (optional)
1 cup low fat milk

STEP 1:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until combined. Serve immediately.

RECIPE TIPS

  • Any other fruit may be used in place of the banana.
