Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse

 

Serves 6

Preparation time is 15 minutes

Ingredients

250g low fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup SPLENDA® Low Calorie Sweetener Granular
2 cups mango puree
Juice 1 orange
3 teaspoons gelatine
2 tablespoons chopped toasted nuts

 

  1. Push cottage cheese through a fine sieve.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in orange juice. Heat over boiling water or in a microwave for 45 seconds.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, gelatine, SPLENDA® Granular and mango puree. Pour into ramekins and sprinkle with nuts.
  4. Refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours.

  • Not suitable for freezing.
