Homemade Lemonade
Yields 2 1/2 litres
Ingredients
8-10 lemons
1 cup SPLENDA® Granular
2 litres water
STEP 1:
Wash lemons. Peel the rind from the lemons using a vegetable peeler.
STEP 2:
Place the rind, SPLENDA® Granular and water in a saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and strain.
STEP 3:
Squeeze the juice from lemons then combine with the syrup. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
STEP 4:
Serve lemonade as is, or add extra iced water to taste.

RECIPE TIPS
- No other citrus or fruit is suitable for this recipe.
- This is a tart Lemonade, so add extra SPLENDA® Granular as required.
- Lemonade will store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
- Lemonade can be frozen.
