Fresh Strawberry Jam
Serves: 4 jars
Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 30 Minutes
1kg strawberries
3/4 cup SPLENDA® Granular
1 teaspoon pectin powder
1/3 cup lemon juice

Directions
- Remove hulls from strawberries and cut fruit in half.
- Place all ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan.
- Bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes or until thickened, stirring regularly.
- Spoon jam into sterilised jars and store in the refrigerator.

RECIPE TIPS
