Creamy Rice Custard
Serves 10
Ingredients
750mL reduced fat milk
2 tsp Vanilla essence
3/4 cup SPLENDA® Granular
1 pinch of ground nutmeg
3 cups white rice
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
- Place all ingredients in a non-stick saucepan
- Bring to the boil, then gently simmer for 20 minutes or until most of the milk has been absorbed
- Place in serving dish and sprinkle with nutmeg
- Allow to cool and refrigerate until required.
